Lina Bürger (born October 7, 1995 in Wiesbaden ) is a German soccer player who plays for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim .

Career

Bürger started playing football at TV Kloppenheim and came to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in 2011 via 1. FFC Frankfurt and VfB Unterliedbach . There she was initially part of the squad of the second team, with which she was able to celebrate the championship in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg in 2011/12 and in 2013/14 in the Regionalliga Süd .

She played for the first team for the first time on May 6, 2012 (21st matchday) in the second division match against SC 07 Bad Neuenahr II . The Bundesliga debut followed on June 1, 2014 (21st matchday) in a 3-2 away win against FC Bayern Munich , when she came in for Fabienne Dongus in the 83rd minute . For the 2014/15 season, the attacker moved up to the first division squad of Hoffenheim.

Bürger appeared twice for the German U-15 national team in 2010 and played two games for the U-19 national team in 2013 .
