Lisa Maria Schachtschneider (* in Berlin ) is a German pianist and teacher.

Lisa Maria Schachtschneider was born in Berlin, grew up in Hamburg and received her first piano lessons there at the age of five at a music school. During her studies with Wolfgang Manz in Nuremberg (music education diploma) and with Bernd Glemser in Würzburg (artistic diploma and concert diploma) Lisa Maria Schachtschneider performed in many cities in Germany and Canada . In Germany it was in the Fürth city theater with the chamber orchestra "Academia Sancta Katherina" under the direction of Werner Andreas Albert , in the great hall of the Nuremberg Meistersingerhalle , in the Kempinski Hotel in Falkenstein , at an open-air concert in the Erlanger palace garden , in the historic one Nuremberg town hall hall, in the Cathedral and Diocesan Museum Trier, in the piano manufacture Steingraeber & Sons in the concert series “Young Master Pianists” in Bayreuth, at the Maulbronn monastery concerts, in Bad Brückenau and in the Gredingen town hall foyer. In Canada she performed at the University of British Columbia, among others .

Lisa Maria Schachtschneider has received numerous scholarships and both internal, national and international awards. She is the winner of the international piano competition "Concorso Internazionale di esecuzione strumentale e vocale Premio Rovere D'oro" 2011, received a sponsorship award from the Nuremberg University of Music for special achievements in the field of music pedagogy, the 1st "Music sponsorship prize" from the Hans Sachs Lodge Nuremberg, a chamber music award from the Mozartverein Nürnberg , the “Leonhardt and Ida Wolf Memorial Award for the promotion of outstanding young artists in the cities of Nuremberg and Fürth as well as in the district of Middle Franconia” and was a scholarship holder of the “live music now” foundation founded by Yehudi Menuhin .

During her studies, she took part in master classes and piano academies with, among others, Dmitri Bashkirov , Karl-Heinz Kämmerling , Lev Naumov , Oxana Yablonskaja , Vitaly and Jura Margulis , Cécile Ousset , Felix Gottlieb, Stanislav Pochekin, Boris Petrushansky , Lev Natochenny , Marta Guliash, Claude Frank and Peter Feuchtwanger . From 2009 to 2014 Lisa Maria Schachtschneider was teaching piano at the Institute for Music Education at the University of Würzburg and from 2012 to 2015 she was teaching piano at the Würzburg University of Music .

Lisa Maria Schachtschneider has lived in Altstätten in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley in Switzerland since 2013 , giving concerts regularly in Switzerland (e.g. in Zurich, Diessenhofen, Meggen, Altenrhein, Altstätten, Risch ZG) and Germany (e.g. at Burg Grünsberg near Altdorf, at the Külbingen concert podium, in the Trier Cathedral Museum, Weikersheim Castle) and has a job as a piano teacher at the Upper Rhine Valley Music School.
