Lisbeth Fehr

Lisbeth Fehr (born April 14, 1938 in Winterthur , resident in Flaach ) is a Swiss politician ( BDP , formerly SVP ).

Fehr was in primary school care from 1978 to 1986. In 1986 she was elected to the Cantonal Council of the Canton of Zurich , where she had a seat until 1991. From 1985 to 1993 she was President of the District School Administration and later also presided over the Cantonal Winter Aid Zurich and the International Society for Human Rights of the Switzerland Section. On November 25, 1991 she was elected to the National Council, where she worked on the Foreign Policy and Security Commission. From 1999 to 2002 she was President of the Delegation to the Council of Europe . In the Swiss parliamentary elections in 2003 she was no longer nominated by her party and therefore left the grand chamber on November 30, 2003. Since the Civil Democratic Party of the Canton of Zurich was founded on May 2, 2009, she has been a member of it as Vice President.

She is married and has one child.
