Lise Meitner Literature Prize

The Lise Meitner Literature Prize is an Austrian literary prize .

The prize was founded in 1994 by El Awadalla and Helga Gartner on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the women's department of the student body at the Vienna University of Technology and was named after the nuclear physicist Lise Meitner . The prize is endowed with 2200 euros by the Federal Ministry for Education, Art and Culture . No prizes have been awarded since 2013; the project is dormant according to the (also no longer existing) website of the award.
