List of architectural monuments in the Bochum-Südwest district

The list of architectural monuments in the Bochum-Südwest district contains the listed buildings in the area of ​​the Bochum-Südwest district in North Rhine-Westphalia . These architectural monuments are entered in the monuments list of the city of Bochum; The basis for the admission is the Monument Protection Act North Rhine-Westphalia (DSchG NRW).

The district of Bochum-Südwest comprises the districts Bärendorf , Dahlhausen , Linden , Mark , Neuling , Sundern and Weitmar .

Abbreviations have been resolved for better understanding, the typography has been adapted to that used in Wikipedia and typos have been corrected.

The list of monuments of the city of Bochum includes 87 monuments in the district of Bochum-Südwest, including 43 residential houses, villas or settlements, 16 public buildings, eight industrial plants, seven residential and commercial buildings, five sacred buildings, three commercial buildings, two aristocratic residences and two small monuments and one agricultural building . In addition, two glass windows by Ignatius Geitel as well as the steam locomotive 66002 are registered as movable monuments and the former seat of the nobility of Weitmar as a floor monument.
