The monuments of the Upper Palatinate market in Breitenbrunn are compiled on this page . This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority.

Ensemble market place The irregular square, which is dominated by the parish church, is the center of the market town formerly closed by five market gates, which lies close to the foot of the Jura-Alb. To the north of the parish church there is a recently uncovered triangular square, the narrow side of which is effectively closed by the stately gabled house Marktplatz 12. To the south of the parish church, the churchyard area adjoins the former St. Michael cemetery chapel, which in turn borders the square Lower Market. E-3-73-115-1 BW

Former Breitenegg Castle On a mountain spur separated by an L-shaped neck ditch, built around 1210-30, 1624–1733 caretaker seat of the Tilly rule, in the core around 1210 and later, since 1624 gradual decline.

Remnants of the curtain wall, incorporated into the edge houses and utility buildings, humpback blocks; on the south side residential building, probably a former hall, two-storey and eaves gable roof building with circular wall section.

On the southwest side Steinstadel, eaves saddle roof construction, erected in the 17th century using humpback ashlars, roof modification 1947.

Remains of the curtain wall with humpback blocks, included in the edge houses and utility buildings
