List of alkaline earth halides
Alkaline earth halides are the salts of each of the six alkaline earth metals with each of the four hydrohalic acids . All alkaline earth halides are colorless crystalline solids .
The columns can be sorted - except for the formula - whereby the names and the anions are not sorted alphabetically but according to the ordinal numbers :
- Names: First by cations , then by anions (this is also the initial sort);
- Anions: first by anions, then by cations.
