List of the lords of Wellingsbüttel
The Holstein Estate of Wellingsbüttel was first mentioned in a document in 1296. In 1412 it came into the possession of the Bremen archbishops , who pledged it primarily to the canons of Hamburg . In 1649 it was elevated to an allodial property and was an imperial manor until 1806 .

1 After the Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck died in 1816 without an heir, the fiefdom reverted to the Danish king.
2The Alsterthal-Terrain-Gesellschaft mbH merged into the Alsterthal-Terrain-Actien-Gesellschaft (ATAG) in 1912 . ATAG parceled out the property for home construction.
In 1810 Wellingsbüttel became a chancellery when the village of the same name was separated. In 1928 the estate was dissolved and reunited with the village of Wellingsbüttel, incorporated into Hamburg in 1938 .
