In the list of cultural monuments in Sandersdorf-Brehna all cultural monuments of the community Sandersdorf-Brehna and its districts are listed. The basis is the monument register of the State of Saxony-Anhalt, which was created on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of October 21, 1991 by the State Office for Monument Preservation and Archeology of Saxony-Anhalt and has been continuously updated since then (status: February 25, 2015).

(map) 		Saxon postal mileage column The Kursächsische Postdistanzsäule is a copy of a column from the year 1730. The copy was made by the stonemason Klaus Weihe from Brehna, who also retained the parts of the original column. In 1980 the copy was erected and inaugurated. An obelisk stands on a pedestal. This is decorated with a coat of arms, post horn and distance information in hours (1 hour = 4.531 km). (map) 		farm The Dörge-Hof was built at the end of the 19th century. The year 1886 is written above the entrance to the house. Originally the farm was a four-sided farm, today it is a three-sided farm. The buildings are made of Greppin bricks, some with lavish decorations. The residential building facing the market is two-story, on the right side there is a gate passage.
