List of cultural assets in Küssnacht

The list of cultural assets in Küssnacht contains all objects in the municipality of Küssnacht in the canton of Schwyz that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflicts and the Ordinance of June 29 , 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .

Objects in categories A and B are completely included in the list, objects in category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments additional objects are found, which according to information provided by the cantonal monument protection were classified as protected monuments and are not included in the list of cultural goods.

Famous travelers like King "Viktor Emanuel II" made guest appearances in this house. Leftovers like a silver tobacco box still bear witness to this. The house was bought in 1868 by "Franz Holzgang-Bosshard". He set up a grocery store and expanded the business to include a distillery. The company later developed under "Hans Holzgang-Mächler" and "Hans Holzgang-Gschwend" into a pharmacy and pharmaceutical laboratory. The house is still used by the family today as the main building and office.
