The group of trees at the “Big Star” was placed under protection because of its rarity and character. It is also of great importance for local history. The "Big Star" is a historical place that was particularly emphasized by the circular planting of oaks. The protected row of trees consists of 4 vital individual trees of typical growth. They stand in a straight east-west orientation on a small hill, so that their appearance is particularly noticeable in the otherwise very bare landscape. ND-H 161 Wet meadow at the Hechtgraben Otze

The meadow at the Hechtgraben is a well-preserved wet meadow on boggy ground, which is characterized by rare wet grassland communities with subsequent tall herbaceous vegetation, reed beds, sedge beds and alder forest fringes. ND-H 170 Oak in Schillerslage Schillerslage

The oak was placed under protection due to its particularly uniform growth and its deep-seated crown. The tree is very noticeable due to its size and characterizes the town of Klein Schillerslage. In 2012 fell due to fungal attack for traffic safety reasons. Removed from the list of monuments in October 2016.
