Bernhard Heinreichsberger

Bernhard Heinreichsberger (born October 26, 1989 in St. Pölten ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and has been a member of the state parliament in Lower Austria since March 2018 . Since November 2016 he has been regional chairman of the Young ÖVP Lower Austria and since November 2017 also federal chairman of Stefan Schnöll . From 2012 he was district chairman in his home district of Tulln.

education and profession

Heinreichsberger grew up in Mitterndorf in the Michelhausen community in the Tulln district. He attended primary school in Michelhausen and secondary school in Heiligeneich and then the commercial academy in Tulln. He then did his military service with the Austrian Armed Forces at Brumowski Air Base in Langenlebarn and then began his bachelor's degree in corporate management and e-business management at IMC Krems and then his master’s degree in management controlling also at IMC Krems, which he graduated with honors in 2018.

Heinreichsberger has been a member of the Junge ÖVP since 2007 and has been voluntarily involved in state and district boards of the JVP for several years. In 2007 he founded a local JVP group in his home community of Michelhausen and in 2012 he was elected district chairman in his home district of Tulln. In 2013 he ran for the first time for the state parliament in Lower Austria and received 554 preferential votes. In 2015 he ran for the local council and has been a youth and education council since then. Since 2016 the provincial chairman of the young ÖVP Lower Austria. In autumn 2017 he ran for membership in the National Council on the state list of the People's Party of Lower Austria and obtained 485 preferential votes. In 2018 he ran for the state parliament in Lower Austria and won the VP internal race for the youth mandate with 2,483 preferential votes in the Tulln district. On March 22, 2018, he was sworn in in the country house as a member of the state parliament in Lower Austria.

Private

Bernhard Heinreichsberger was born as the third son and lives in Michelhausen. He is a member of the Michelhausen volunteer fire brigade, of the ÖKB Michelhausen, he is an original member of the Ö.kaV Vitonia Krems in the ÖCV and a longstanding member of the Club Alpbach Niederösterreich.
