Margit Göll

Margit Göll (born August 16, 1964 in Gmünd as Margit Haumer ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). She has been a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament since 2016 .

Life

After primary and secondary school, Margit Göll attended the Federal Institute for Kindergarten Education from 1978 to 1982. She then worked for 22 years in the Großschönau kindergarten , from 1993 as the director of the kindergarten. From 2015 to 2016 she was kindergarten inspector for the districts of Gmünd , Zwettl and Waidhofen , with the move into the state parliament this function was suspended.

From 2005 to 2010 she was a councilor in Moorbad Harbach , where she has been mayor since April 7, 2010 . Since 2010 she has also been on the regional board of the Austrian workers' union ÖAAB, since 2012 she has been the district chairwoman of the ÖVP women , since 2014 chairwoman of the ÖVP community association in the Gmünd district.

On January 28, 2016, she was succeeded by Johann Hofbauer in the XVIII. Legislative period as a member of the Lower Austrian Landtag. At the beginning of 2019 she was elected as the district chairwoman of the Lower Austrian Workers' Union (NÖAAB) in the Gmünd district.

She is married and has a son.
