Vesna Schuster

Vesna Schuster (born May 28, 1974 in Melk ) is an Austrian politician of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). She has been a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament since March 2018 .

Life

Schuster's parents came to Melk in 1973 as guest workers with Serbian roots , where she was born in 1974. After primary and secondary school, she attended a BORG and a technical school for social care. After graduating from the Academy of Public Accountants, she is self-employed as a certified personal accountant with her own company.

politics

In the state elections in Lower Austria in 2018 , she ran behind Udo Landbauer and Gottfried Waldhäusl in third place on the state list. On March 22, 2018, she was in the constituent state parliament session of the XIX. Legislative term as Member of the state parliament of Lower Austria sworn in . Her departments include family and women, youth, education and integration.

The FPÖ Niederösterreich nominated her in February 2019 as Lower Austrian top candidate for the 2019 European elections . The Federal FPÖ ranked them fifth on the list of candidates for the 2019 EU election.
