Silvia Moser (politician)

Silvia Moser (born August 21, 1965 ) is an Austrian politician for the Greens . She has been a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament since March 2018 .

Life

Silvia Moser began after the Matura on Bundesgymnasium and Bundesrealgymnasium Zwettl a psychology degree at the University of Vienna , where she graduated in 1991 as Magistra. In 2007, she completed the Supervision, Coaching and Organizational Development course at Danube University Krems as a Master of Science (MSc). From 1994 to 1999 she worked at the Economic Development Institute (WIFI) in Gmünd in vocational and educational counseling. Since 1992 she has Sachwalterin and since 2005 residents representative at the Lower Austrian Association for guardianship and residents' representation (NÖLV, see VertretungsNetz ). Since 2003 she has also been a freelance psychologist and supervisor with her own practice in Zwettl .

Silvia Moser has been a member of the local council in Zwettl since 2005 , where she has also been chairwoman of the Greens since 2007 and has been the parliamentary group spokesperson for the parliamentary group of the Greens since 2009. Since 2011 she has been a member of the Lower Austrian State Committee In her function as chairwoman of the Green Association of Local Representatives, she is a co-opted member of the state party executive committee of the Greens in Lower Austria. In the state elections in Lower Austria in 2018 , she ran behind Helga Krismer-Huber and Georg Ecker in third place on the state list. On March 22, 2018, she was in the constituent state parliament session of the XIX. Legislative term as Member of the state parliament of Lower Austria sworn in . Her focus areas include health, women, social issues, senior citizens and the community.
