List of world number one in women's squash

The list of world number one in women's squash lists all the leaders of the individual classification of the squash world rankings of the PSA with the ladies since the introduction of the rankings in April 1983rd
The site initially lists all world number one in chronological order. In the other tables, the respective number one at the end of the year and the leaders according to the number of weeks at the top of the ranking are listed.
Since the introduction of the rating, a total of 15 players have topped the squash world rankings. The first world number leader was Vicki Cardwell , the current leader is Nouran Gohar . At 112 months, Nicol David was the world's number one for the longest time. Nicol David (109 months) also holds the record for the longest uninterrupted period at the top of the ranking. Nicol David and Susan Devoy (9 each) hold the record for most seasons that ended in first place.

from : Indicates the month in which the player reached the top position.
to : Indicates the month in which the player was last leader of the world rankings within the respective series.
