The parish church (St. Blasius) is mentioned in a document in 1339. The choir dates from the middle of the 14th century, in 1514 the church was enlarged (nave consecration) and finally in 1837 an extension of the church. The four Gothic glass windows were made around 1400, they show the motifs: crowning of thorns, crucifixion, ascension, hl. Oswald. The tower in the southern choir corner is Gothic with a wedge roof and acoustic windows. The high altar dates from 1691 to 1693. The paintings are by Carl von Reslfeld .

Losenstein is one of the largest and oldest castle ruins in Upper Austria. It was built in the 12th century and consists of a stronghold and a slightly lower bailey. Today only the outer walls are preserved, but the individual buildings of the earlier castle are still clearly visible.

The cider cellar belongs to the Peilsteinergut and has its origins in the 16th or early 17th century. At that time it was a hunting lodge for the Schwarzenbergs . During a restoration, Renaissance sgraffiti came to light, which is an example of the use of this technique in the foothills of the Alps. The motif of the running dog can be found on the windows, the floor hinges and on the corner blocks . The painted frieze depicting dancing figures in Spanish costume is remarkable and extremely rare . This motif, which is rather unusual in the rural area, is likely to go back to the former noble owners.
