The Tannhauser wayside shrine (also Thannhauser wayside shrine) dates from the first half of the 15th century. The wayside shrine is made of conglomerate rock with an octagonal column and a tall rectangular niche house above a cornice. The pyramid roof is covered with wooden shingles and is crowned by a double-painted cross. In the flat, keel-arched niches are painted representations of the Coronation of Mary, St. Margaretha, St. Sebastian and the inscription: "Holy Mary you refuge of the afflicted, pray for us."

In the course of the renovation of the Dorfstrasse in 1987, the wayside shrine was moved to its current location, in front of the Enstaller farm on the side of the road. The paintings by Elisabeth Strauss were renewed.
