The local chapel on the Anger von Ganz is a rectangular building, erected in 1910 in accordance with the previous building from 1723, with a rounded end, roof turret with an onion helmet over a curved bent gable and a profiled cornice. In a gable niche is a baroque sandstone figure of St. Florian . In the barrel-vaulted interior there is an early Baroque wooden altar from the second half of the 17th century, with cartilage and two Baroque putti on the cornice. The altar panel depicts Mary with the child, the upper picture depicts St. Virgin. Other furnishings include baroque figures of the hll. Joachim and Anna from the 17th century and a coronation group from the 18th century. |

The parish church of St. Martin in Großhaselbach - originally a single-nave, Romanesque church from the 13th century with a rectangular choir - was expanded by two chapels and the north aisle in the middle of the 14th century and redesigned in Baroque style in 1741. The two-storey sacristy on the north side dates from 1880. The lower Romanesque gable front is still visible on the plain western front of the nave. The building is opened through neo-Gothic tracery windows. On the south side there is an entrance through a late Gothic barred portal from the late 15th century. The gate hall was built in the late 19th century. The Gothic choir has a three-eighth closure, buttresses with double water-hammer and pointed arched windows. Two-lane Gothic tracery windows can be seen on the choir and the southern side chapel. The core of the three-story tower is Gothic. It has a baroque structure of pilasters, a sundial marked 1791, arched sound windows and an onion helmet from 1794. |

The mercy seat to the east of the Großhaselbach cemetery stands on a natural rock. It has a cube-shaped base on which a round column rests with a square collar plate. A figure of God the Father rests on it in a crouched position, holding the cross with both hands. A representation of the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove can be seen on Jesus' knees. The memorial is marked on the back with the year 1731. |

The parish church Herz Mariae in the center of Schwarzenau is a neo-Gothic building by Alois Klee, which was consecrated in 1903 and expanded on the occasion of the parish elevation in 1934. The uniformly designed church has a continuously square facade, stepped buttresses, pointed arch windows and a gabled portal. Its facade tower is crowned by a tall pointed helmet. The nave has a wood-paneled pointed barrel vault and is opened to the choir, which is closed on four sides, by a pointed arched triumphal arch. The organ was built by Johann Kauffmann in 1948. The font dates from 1933. |
