Elongated , simple, single-storey house from the 1st half of the 19th century is located on the bank terrace of the Enns and on the slope edge of the Münichholz Forest . Longitudinal facade with eight axes, the southern six-axis part of the building is bricked, the northern part as a wooden shed. Extremely simple facade design, only the windows have fascia frames. Access through a simple door opening in the second axis from the right, which can be reached via steps. Single-axis transverse facade. The building ends with a moderately steep gable roof.

Hans Wagner-Strasse 2: Former Administration building, representative building. Massive three-storey building at the intersection of Hans Wagner-Strasse and Karl Punzer-Strasse. With one axis each protruding in both streets. Facade Karl Punzer-Strasse five, Hans Wagner-Strasse ten-axis. Simple facade design, only vertical bezels on the building edges. On the ground floor there is an open arcade with arched openings and massive pillars, pillars on the edges of the building. Large window openings on the first floor, framed with rods, ear bevels, wedge stone in the center of the lintel area, sill cornice. The windows on the second floor are much smaller, only framed with rods. Facade closure through richly profiled eaves. Three window axes on the courtyard side. The building is closed by a massive, steep hipped roof, three small dormers with round-arched lighting openings on the courtyard side and towards Karl Punzer-Straße, six dormers towards Hans Wagner-Straße.

Hans Wagner-Straße 4: Three-story, thirteen-axis residential building, the three right-hand axes are close together. The ground floor recently changed. The windows on the first floor are significantly larger than those on the second floor. Extremely simple facade design, only the windows are framed with rods. Facade closure through richly profiled eaves. High pitched roof with nine small dormers with arched window openings. On the courtyard side, roughly the same facade design.

Part of the Münichholz factory settlement built between 1939 and 1945. Six blocks of flats, each made up of three buildings, which can be accessed from Herta Schweiger-Straße via side streets. The blocks are arranged in such a way that the access and garden facades are opposite one another. Each block consists of a central building and two corner buildings. Two-story building above a low basement area. Extremely simple facade design. In the corner buildings roughly in the middle of the building, in the intermediate houses the segment-arched house portal in the middle of the building. Above it, a flat single-axis bay window with a hipped roof resting on two corner stones. On both sides of the bay are the small window openings of the sanitary areas. In the corner buildings facing the transverse façades, two, otherwise three window openings on both sides of the bay. The garden facades of the corner buildings have five axes and those of the intermediate buildings have six axes. Each axis is designed as a narrow double window. The transverse facades are each biaxial with a single-axis gable floor. Steep pitched roofs, with two asymmetrically arranged gable dormers on the garden side of the corner buildings.

School built in 1949 in the style of the Münichholz factory estate. Block-like, rectangular two-storey main building. Simple facade design only through profiled window frames, facade closure through richly profiled eaves cornice. Structure through rhythmic window axes. Longitudinal facade facing Karl Punzer-Strasse seven-axis. Main entrance through round arched double arcades, resting on columns, at the northern corner of the building. There on the ceiling painting by Otto Götzinger "Playing Children". On the facade facing Leo Gabler-Strasse on the upper floor there are three balcony-like door openings and a large clock. The south facade has six axes. A narrower two-storey eleven-axis wing adjoins Leo Gabler-Strasse, with an arcade resting on a pillar on the north-western corner of the ground floor. The buildings end with high hipped roofs with small dormers. In the south a modern gymnasium which is connected to the main building via a corridor.

Five-axis three-storey residential building on the Münichholz factory estate built between 1939 and 1945. Simple facade design, the openings on the ground floor recently changed. All door and window openings are framed with rods. The higher windows on the first floor with ear flaps. Facade closure through profiled eaves cornice. Six axes on the courtyard side. The building is closed by a high pitched roof, facing Karl Punzer-Straße two, and on the courtyard side, three small gabled dormers.

Massive school building with a U-shaped floor plan, built in 1941 in the style of the Münichholz factory estate and an additional storey in 1955. Simple facade design, only the partly elongated windows have bar-frame framed frames and partly rectangular grids. Facade closure through profiled eaves cornice. In the thirteen-axis, three-storey south facade, in the right part of the building, there is the main entrance, accessible via three arched arcade openings resting on massive pillars. The curves are accentuated with profiled stone walls. In the right part of the building a monumental plaster relief boy with globe and microscope from 1955. On the east facade after five axes from the left a slight building setback, then three-storey, twenty-three-axis wing, the last axis of which is designed as a flat two-storey bay window with large windows and a hip roof. The north facade has five axes with a centrally located segmental arch portal with stone walls. A two-story, twelve-axis wing connects to Sepp Ahrer-Straße in the west, which connects to the six-axis gymnasium building of the same height. All buildings close with hipped or saddle roofs. Numerous gable dormers in the roof area.

1967–1974 based on designs by Heribert Komlanz, Hedy and Michael Wachberger, a vocational school center, consisting of a commercial and industrial vocational school, workshops, boarding school and kitchen building with dining room. In the center of the complex is a large rectangular courtyard. The courtyard is surrounded on the outside by a covered corridor, angular concrete pillars that support a flat roof. From this central corridor, the individual one to four storey solitary building parts of the school complex are accessed. The individual buildings with an irregular floor area end with flat roofs. The upper floors rest z. Sometimes on supports, the exposure takes place through horizontal ribbon windows.

Before the Steyrer Nordspange was realized, the suspected area that was already known from stray finds from Roman times was placed under monument protection. In 1995/96 archaeological excavations were carried out in the area of ​​the road and the remains of a Roman estate were uncovered. In 1999 the excavations on the property north of the road were continued and completed. The formal lifting of the monument protection took place in 2010.

Built in 1946/47 as an emergency church. Simple hall church in the typical style of the 1940s. Trickle plastered facades, the edges of the building are emphasized by plastering. On the east facade facing the gable, horizontal plastering flask facing the gable floor. Here, in the middle of the facade, the original main entrance to the church through a simple round arched portal. The course of the roof of the broken off former vestibule can still be seen on the plaster above the portal. The church was exposed to light through narrow, high, round-arched windows that had plaster frames framed with rods and central wedge stones. On the east facade a window opening each to the left and right of the portal. The gable area with two circular exposure openings. Four church windows on the longitudinal facade, the side church entrance slightly in front of the facade with a round arched portal opening and a curved canopy. Above that oval exposure aperture. In the west, slightly drawn in, the two-story scout house adjoins the church. Trickle-plastered facades, access is in the south through a bezel-framed, segment-arched door. The facades of this building are each biaxial. Completion of the buildings with a shared high hipped roof with a crooked hip in the east and small dormers in the area of ​​the scout house.

Parish church built in 1964 by the team of architects Hans Riener and Helmut Kern. Block-like church building with a lower aisle to the south. The entrance front is characterized by a concrete wall with no openings and protruding from the upper area, made of various cubes. The longitudinal facades are lightly plastered. The interior is illuminated by a triangular ribbon of windows in the gable area of ​​the trench roof. The west facade is made of concrete. A single-storey, flat-roofed concrete extension connects to the south. Simple entrance situation in the east, exposure through a high-rise, narrow window band. In front of the church there is a free-standing, high, seven-storey church tower, consisting of two continuous concrete walls with no openings, which are stiffened by vertical concrete girders. The top floor of the tower is closed, the tower is closed by a high metal cross. In the south of the church is the two-storey, flat-roofed parish center, a block-like, simple concrete building with partly generous windows.

In 1950, in the style of the Münichholz factory estate, an elongated, two-storey rectory with a rectangular floor plan. Simple facade design. The longitudinal facades each with nine axes, the transverse facades each with three axes. The windows are framed with rods, the facade is terminated by a profiled eaves cornice. On the south facade, the base storey with transverse rectangular cellar lighting and ventilation openings. Main entrance on the east facade, centrally located, segment-arched portal with stone walls, accessible via a flight of stairs. Above is a small balcony with a metal grille. On the north facade of the old parish church Münichholz, opposite in the middle, angular portal with stone walls, above a small balcony that can be reached via an angular door. The building is closed by a high hipped roof with small gable dormers with segment-arched windows.
