This is a list of the organizations and associations designated as terrorist by the government of the United Arab Emirates , in short: Terrorist List of the UAE . The United Arab Emirates (VAR) have officially designated over eighty organizations and groups as terrorist organizations. Support is expressed, among other international pan-Islamic non-governmental organization International Union of Muslim Scholars ( International Union of Muslim Scholars; IUMS), whose president in Qatar resident (Qatar) Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi is. In addition to al-Qaeda , the Muslim Brotherhood and its regional branches and allies, a number of Islamic organizations from Europe are listed, including the Islamic Community of Germany , the Union des Organizations Islamiques de France (UOIF), the Islamske Forbundet i Norge (Islamic Association of Norway ), the Islamisk Trossamfund (Islamic Faith Community) in Denmark and the Federation of Islamic Organizations in Europe (FIOE), from the United States the organization Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR; Council for American-Islamic Relations).
