The following list of repetitions collects known repetitions . Lines of similar words appear in many languages ​​as stylistic devices or word games . In natural language, the length of the characters is limited, otherwise intelligibility suffers. Longer repetitions result when using homophones (words that sound the same), homographs (words written in the same way) or metalanguage (language about language). Then grammatically correct sentences of any length are possible.
