This list includes railway lines and structures in Switzerland whose construction has started but has not been completed.

Both the Schönbühlbahn and the Emmentalbahn should have run in the cut, the SCB had committed to building the substructure. The cut was bought by the Emmental Railway in 1884 and used for their new route from Neu-Solothurn to Biberist. |
