Litky ( Ukrainian Літки ; Russian Летки Letki ) is a village northeast of the Ukrainian capital Kiev with about 2500 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in 1426, had city status from the 17th century to 1923. Litky is the only village in the 48.56 km² district of the same name in Brovary district of Kiev Oblast and is located on the Desna 27 km north of Brovary district center .
Personalities
The architect of the Ukrainian Baroque Ivan Hryhorowytsch-Barskyj was born in Litky in 1713 .
