The Little River is a river in the north of the Australian state of Queensland .

River course

The river has its source on the northern slopes of the Gregory Range . From there it flows north and crosses under the Savannah Way (also: Gulf Developmental Road ) about 95 km west of Georgetown . Approx. 20 km northeast of the town of Gilbert River emptying into the Gilbert River .
