Liu Jiayi

Liu Jiayi ( Chinese  刘家义 , Pinyin Liú Jiāyì ; * August 1956 in Kai , Chongqing ) is a Chinese politician of the Communist Party of China (CCP) who was President of the National Chamber of Accounts of the State Council from 2008 to 2017 and as such chairman of the State Council from 2011 to 2017 Council of Auditors UNBA (United Nations Board of Auditors) was the central audit committee of the United Nations. Life

Liu Jiayi joined the People's Liberation Army in 1976 and became a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1972 .
