Liu Qi ( Chinese  刘奇 , Pinyin Liú Qí ) (born February 27, 1996 ) is a Chinese ski jumper .

Career

Liu Qi made her international debut on February 18, 2012 at a Continental Cup competition in Liberec , where she finished 20th. Shortly afterwards she took part in the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2012 in Erzurum , where she was disqualified in individual jumping and reached 7th place in the team competition.

On December 8, 2012, she jumped in Sochi, Russia for the first time in the World Cup, but could not collect any points with 44th place. After she was disqualified in the second competition, she did not reach a second round in the following competition in Ramsau . She was not seen again until the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2013 in Liberec and was able to take 25th place in the individual. She then took part in the World Cup competitions in Ljubno and reached 15th place on February 16. After the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2013 , she decided not to start at the Continental Cup in Oberwiesenthal and only attracted attention at the World Cup competition in Trondheim with seventh place.
