Lyudmila Grigorjewna Postnowa ( Russian Людмила Григорьевна Постнова , scientific transliteration Lyudmila Grigor'evna Postnova ; born August 11, 1984 in Yaroslavl ) is a Russian handball player . Your body length is 1.83 m.

Postnowa, who plays for the Russian club GK Astrachanotschka (shirt number 5) and plays for the Russian national team, is mostly used in the left back space.

Lyudmila Postnowa began playing handball in her hometown when she was twelve. For the local first division club of Yaroslavl, she also made her debut in the Russian first division before moving to top club GK Lada Tolyatti in 2002 . With the women from the Autostadt, she won the Russian championship in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007 she moved into the final of the EHF Champions League . In January 2010, Postnowa moved to league rivals Zvezda Zvenigorod, with whom she won the Russian Cup in 2011 and 2014. After the 2013/14 season, she took a break and joined GK Astrachanotschka in February 2016. With GK Astrachanotschka she won the Russian championship in 2016.

Lyudmila Postnowa has so far played over 200 international matches for the Russian national team . With Russia she became world champion in her own country in 2005 , in France in 2007 and in China in 2009 ; at the European Championships in 2006 she won silver . She won the silver medal at the 2008 Olympic Games and was elected to the All-Star Team . In the summer of 2012 she takes part in the Olympic Games in London .
