Llorenç Vidal i Vidal
Llorenç Vidal i Vidal (born April 26, 1936 in Santanyí , Mallorca ) is a Spanish educator , pacifist and poet .
Life
He is considered a pioneer of nonviolent and peaceful upbringing. Llorenç Vidal i Vidal founded the DENIP initiative (Dia Escolar de la No-Violència i la Pau; German : School Day of Non-Violence and Peace) in 1964 . His initiative received international attention and led to follow-up projects worldwide.
