Logista Holdings is a publicly traded Spanish wholesale company. According to its own statements, Logista supplies more than 300,000 sales outlets with tobacco products, convenience products , medicines and lottery products. The company was founded in 1999 as an offshoot of the distribution division of the tobacco company Tabacalera , which itself went up in Altadis in the same year . In 2003 the subsidiary "Logista Pharma" was founded, which focuses on the distribution of pharmaceutical products. In 2008, Logista was taken over by Imperial Tobacco and continued as an independent part of the group. The company's shares have been traded on the Madrid Stock Exchange since 2014 .
