The Lohbach is a left tributary of the Wupper in the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Wuppertal and the city of Radevormwald in the lower reaches.
Location and topography
The Lohbach rises at 298 meters above sea level. NN near the Wuppertal hamlet of Walbrecken , is fed by a sieve and flows through the plateaus in a northerly direction. At the height of Kotthausen it turns to the northeast, receives three more inflows and flows in a deep notch valley towards the Wupper. In the lower reaches it forms the city limit to Radevormwald. After about 1.8 kilometers it flows at 201 meters above sea level. NN between the Wuppertal hamlet of Nöllenberg and the Radevormwald district of Oedeschlenke in the Wupper .
