The Lourdes Chapel is a Roman Catholic chapel in the municipality of Mittelberg in Vorarlberg . It stands in the north of the parish church of St. Jodok opposite the gable front on the edge of the cemetery. The chapel is the Immaculate Conception Our Lady of Lourdes dedicated and is under monument protection .

The chapel was built in 1897 with a donation from the builder Friedrich Mathies as a memorial to his ties to his homeland. The barrel-vaulted rectangular building with a retracted choir with a five-eighth end under a gable roof carries a bell roof turret. The gable front is structured in three dimensions. The glass paintings based on a design by Wilhelm Danneboom were made by Chr. Kuball from Hamburg.

The tapering back of the building is used for avalanche protection.

In 1981 it was completely restored.
