Luca Szekerczés (born June 18, 1994 in Bonyhád ) is a Hungarian handball player who is under contract with the Hungarian first division club MTK Budapest .
Career
Luca Szekerczés played for the Hungarian club UKSE Szekszárd from 2009 to 2012 . Then she ran for the Hungarian first division club Ferencváros Budapest. After the backcourt player played for league rivals Siófok KC in the 2014/15 season , she returned to Ferencváros Budapest. In the 2016/17 season, the left-hander was under contract with the German Bundesliga club TuS Metzingen . Then she joined the Hungarian first division club Dunaújvárosi Kohász KA . In the summer of 2020 Szekerczés moved to MTK Budapest .
Szekerczés was a member of the Hungarian national junior team. At the U-19 European Women's Handball Championship in 2013 and the U-20 Women's World Cup in 2014 , she was elected to the All-Star Team. Szekerczés has so far played four international matches for the Hungarian national team .
