Lucas Achtschellinck
Lucas Achtschellinck (born January 16, 1626 in Brussels ; † May 12, 1699 ) was a Flemish landscape painter .
In 1639 , Achtschellinck was accepted into the Brussels painters' guild as a pupil of Peter van der Borcht and was strongly influenced by Jacques d'Arthois . In 1657 he was admitted as a free master in Brussels. His pictures are characterized by the spaciousness of the pictures, a strong green and a somewhat coarse visual appearance.
On March 13, 1674 he married Anna Parys.
