Luciano Urdaneta Vargas
Luciano Urdaneta Vargas (* 1825 in Maracaibo ; † December 24, 1899 in Caracas ) was a Venezuelan engineer and architect .
As the son of General Rafael Urdaneta and his mother Dolores Vargas , he received his basic education in Maracaibo. He then studied mathematics and mechanical engineering in Caracas . From 1840 construction at the École nationale des ponts et chaussées in Paris . In 1850 he returned to Venezuela and was a lecturer at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and founded his own office for engineering and architecture.
