Lucienne Velu ( Lucienne Antoinette Velu, married Odoul, later Chapillon; born January 28, 1902 in Paris , † June 12, 1998 in Quincy-sous-Sénart ) was a French discus thrower , shot putter and sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928, she was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay and tenth in the discus throw . Over 100 m she was eliminated in the preliminary run. In 1936 in Berlin she came in 14th place in the discus throw.

On September 19, 1924, she set a world record in discus throwing in Paris with 30.225 m.

She was French champion in discus throwing 14 times (1925–1930, 1932–1937, 1939, 1942), eight times in the shot put (1928, 1930–1935, 1937) four times over 80 m (1927, 1931–1933) and 200 m ( 1927–1930) and three times over 60 m (1934–1936).
