Lucy Gaskell

Lucy Gaskell (born July 10, 1980 in Wigan , Lancashire , England ) is a British actress .

Life

Lucy Gaskell was born on November 15, 1985 in Wigan. There she attended St Peter's High School. Since childhood, she wanted to be either a nurse or an actress, but ultimately decided to train as an actor. She graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in 1998. She had her first television appearance in 2002 as Jeanette Bryant in the series Where the Heart is . She became internationally successful through her portrayal of Judy in the movie Lesbian Vampire Killers . She is also known for her performances in Cutting It , Doctor Who , Being Human , Casualty and Waking the Dead . Lucy Gaskell is married to the actor Mark Bonnar. Their daughter Martha was born in 2011.
