Luděk Zelenka (born September 11, 1973 in Liberec ) is a Czech football player .

Career

Luděk Zelenka began playing football at Slovan Liberec , where he had little chance of asserting himself in the first team. At the age of almost 19 the striker moved to FK Český Dub, a year later to the 2nd division to Český ráj Turnov.

1995 committed him to FK Jablonec . Zelenka made it into the regular formation, scoring seven goals in 29 games. In early 1997 he moved to Viktoria Žižkov , where he also played regularly and was one of the top scorers. In spring 1999, Zelenka took the next step in his career and moved to Slavia Prague . In three years Zelenka made 85 games for Slavia, in which he scored 21 goals. He left the club in early 2002 when coach Miroslav Beránek told him he didn't fit into his concept. His next stop was FK Teplice , from where he moved to Chmel Blšany in early 2004 , where he scored twelve goals in 28 games.

Again during the season he moved to 1. FC Brno in early 2005 , his sixth first division. In Brno , Zelenka proved that he is one of the best strikers in the Czech league. In the summer of 2007 Zelenka moved to his former club FK Jablonec , where he signed a two-year contract.

During the 2007/08 winter break, Zelenka was loaned to the Austrian second division club FC Kärnten . In July 2008, the striker returned to the Czech Republic and joined the second division club FK Dukla Prague . In the fall of 2009, Zelenka played on loan from the first division Bohemians 1905 . At the end of 2009 Zelenka ended his professional career. From then on he played in the lower class Všenorský SK together with Jiří Novotný .

Futsal

Even during his professional career, Zelenka played irregular futsal for the then second division club Agromeli Brno. After the end of his career, the striker will play for the first division club Slavia Prague.
