Ludwig August Schlueter
Ludwig August Schlueter (born July 12, 1797 in Rethem (Aller) , † November 29, 1881 in Hanover ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Ludwig August Schlueter was the son of the bailiff Georg Friedrich Schlueter in the Rethem office . He participated in the Wars of Liberation and fought in the Battle of Waterloo . Schlüter studied law at the University of Göttingen from 1818 to 1819 and became a member of the Corps Hannovera Göttingen during his studies . After completing his studies, he entered the administrative service of the Kingdom of Hanover and in 1825 became an official assessor in the Knesebeck office . He then became a bailiff, first in the Artlenburg office and in 1837 in the Wilhelmsburg office . From 1846 to 1866, Ludwig Schlueter was senior administrator in the Emden office in Emden .
He was a cousin of the bailiff Friedrich Wilhelm Schlueter .
