NGC 7250 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type SD in the constellation Lizard . It is around 62 million light years from the Milky Way .
The galaxy was discovered on November 8, 1790 by the astronomer William Herschel with his 18.7-inch reflecting telescope and later included in his New General Catalog by Johan Dreyer .
