Ludwig Dionysius

Ludwig (Louis) Dionysius (born August 21, 1868 in Luisenbrunn, Gnesen district ; † February 9, 1922 in Schilkowitz in the Wohlau district ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Ludwig Dionysius studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität . In 1888 he was reciprocated in the Corps Saxonia Bonn . He twice distinguished himself as consenior . After completing his studies and doctorate as Dr. iur. he completed his legal clerkship. From 1896 to 1897 he was a government trainee with the government in Minden . After passing his exam, he became a government assessor. In 1904 Dionysius was appointed district administrator of the Gnesen district. After the Gnesen district was officially ceded to Poland with the signing of the Versailles Treaty on June 28, 1919, Dionysius was put into temporary retirement on September 2, 1919. Most recently he lived on his manor Luisenbrunn. Dionysius sat in the Provincial Assembly of the Province of Posen . From 1908 to 1913 he represented the constituency Bromberg 4 (Gnesen, Witkowo) in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the faction of the Conservative Party .
