Ludwig Hermann Otto Grosse (born September 1, 1907 in Keula , Thuringia , † December 23, 1992 in Stuttgart ) was a German lawyer and honorary chairman of the board of directors of the Alte Leipziger Hallesche .

Life

Ludwig Grosse, son of a pharmacist, attended the humanistic Karls-Gymnasium in Stuttgart and studied law in Tübingen, Berlin and Paris and was born in Tübingen in 1933 with the work Die Rechtsveritelung according to the RStGb. and the more recent drafts of criminal law on Dr. iur. PhD . He worked as a lawyer in the commercial law firm Dres. Grosse, Oettinger, Bofinger, Busch (now Bofinger, Busch & Partner ), which he co-founded.

In 1958, Ludwig Grosse was appointed to the supervisory board of the National Health Insurance Association (NKV), which he took over as chairman in 1961. After the merger of the NKV with the Hallesche Krankenversicherung to form Hallesche - Nationale Krankenversicherung AG in 1975, he was appointed chairman of the supervisory board. He held this position until 1989. In recognition of his services to the company, he was elected Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board for life. He was praised as a man with a high level of expertise and a pronounced entrepreneurial vision.

Ludwig Grosse was a member of the old Leipzig life insurance company from 1976 to 1983, and then a member of the supervisory board until 1989. He played a key role in the close cooperation in the current Alte Leipziger / Hallesche-Nationale group of companies.

As a business lawyer, he worked in national and international companies and associations in the Stuttgart economic area on the supervisory or administrative board or as a consultant, such as in the Süddeutscher Spinnweberverband, Stuttgart, in the old Leipzig life insurance company, Oberursel, in the Dr. Ing.hc F. Porsche AG , Stuttgart, at the head office for combating unfair competition , Frankfurt, as well as in the clothing company Bleyle . He was a trusted lawyer for the Association of Commercial Agents, Stuttgart, and a member of the board of the Stuttgart Bar Association . In addition, Grosse was committed to the theater life in Stuttgart, where he was chairman of the association "Altes Schauspielhaus - Komödie im Marquardt eV" until 1988. Grosse was also a member of the Lions Club in Stuttgart.

Ludwig Grosse was married to Ingeborg Weber-Bleyle, daughter of Arthur Weber, co-owner of the Bleyle company , and had two daughters.
