Ludwig Lucas von Gombart

Ludwig Lucas von Gombart (born November 8, 1792 in Basel , † July 6, 1874 in Munich ) was a German lawyer and politician.

Life

Gombart studied law in Erlangen and Landshut from 1811 to 1814 . In Landshut he was a member of the Corps Franconia. After completing his studies, Gombart became a lawyer at the Court of Appeal in Munich, in 1820 a district and city judge in Augsburg , 1823 a district and city judge, 1829 an appellate judge, 1830 a councilor at the exchange and appeals court in Ansbach , 1838 a judge of appeals in Neuburg an der Donau, and 1839 in Aschaffenburg , 1844 Higher Appeal Court Counselor in Munich, 1857 Second Appellate Court Director in Bamberg and 1859 First Appellate Court Director in Neuburg an der Donau. In 1862 he retired, which he spent in Munich.

From May 18, 1848 to May 18, 1849 Gombart was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly ( Café Milani ). He voted against the election of Friedrich Wilhelm IV as Emperor of the Germans.
