Ludwig Peyerl

Ludwig G. Peyerl (born November 10, 1933 in Ingolstadt ; † November 18, 2000 ) was a German business graduate .

Life

After Peyerl graduated from a humanistic grammar school in Ingolstadt in 1954, he studied business administration at the University of Munich , did several bank internships and also studied abroad. From 1960 he worked at Dresdner Bank , first in Munich and later in Ingolstadt. In 1964 he moved to EDEKA , where he was a managing board member of the Ingolstadt wholesale trade, managing director of Handelsgesellschaft Mittelbayern, chairman of the association committee of the association of commercial cooperatives in Hamburg and chairman of the supervisory board of the EDEKA group until he retired in 1995. In 1996 he became chairman of the board of the regional association of Bavaria at the cooperative wholesale and service companies. From 1982 until its dissolution in 1999 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate ; in this role he was also a member of the Advisory Board at the State Office for Data Processing and the Broadcasting Council.
