The property at Ludwigstrasse 20 in Ludwigstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under the number D-6-72-114-47 .

history

The baroque three-storey sandstone block building with a mansard roof was built in 1900 as the Bad Kissingen post office. From 1878 to 1900 the post office was housed in the old town hall of Bad Kissingen, but could no longer meet the requirements. In 1933 the post office moved to Münchner Straße 1 . In the meantime the property served as a Telekom branch.

In its complex as a baroque palace in the strict French direction, the property in Ludwigstrasse is reminiscent of the architecture in Franconia at the time of Balthasar Neumann .
