Luis Dávila
Luis Dávila (real. Héctor Carmelo González Ferrantino ; born July 15, 1927 in Buenos Aires ; † August 21, 1998 there ) was an Argentine actor .
Life
Dávila began his career in the theater and appeared in films in his home country from 1952 ( Carlos Rinaldis El baldío ). The boom in the European film industry prompted him to go to Spain in 1962, where he starred in numerous genre films after his European debut in Arturo Fernández 's comedy Bahía de Palma ; he portrayed agents ( Agent 077 - Hot Plaster Tangier ), western heroes ( Dinamita Jim ) and officers ( commando Burning Eagle ). In the 1970s, the films with Davila's participation were budgeted lower and his career curve declined. For the international exploitation of the films he was listed as Louis Dawson or Luis Devil . After returning to his home country and working there for television, he was forced to retire after an accident that he had in Chile.
