1865. During the American Civil War, the Northerners send a large amount of gold on the way to buy a considerable piece of land from the Kiowa. The sympathetic vagabond Dinamita Jim, who is wanted because of a broken marriage promise, is in the place where the delivery is supposed to go off under the guidance of the local, unsuspecting, pretty dancer Margaret; he makes himself available as a companion for the transport.
That is why he has to fend off some people and many dangers connected with gold: the banker who tries to get his possession through a hired murderer, his companion Pablo Reyes, a Mexican bandit and his own greed. Margaret also has her own interests. With shrewdness, explosive temperament and shooting skills, Jim manages to bring the gold hidden in a coffin to the desired target.
