Luis Fernando Macías (born May 14, 1982 ) is a retired Mexican cyclist .
Career
Luis Macías was the 2003 Mexican U23 time trial champion . From 2006 to 2012 he rode for international cycling teams and during this time won sections of the stage races Vuelta a Cuba , Vuelta a Chihuahua and Vuelta Mexico . In 2008 he won the Mexican road championship. His last major success was in track cycling in 2014 when he and his team won the Mexican championship in the team pursuit .
