Luisa Della Noce
Luisa Della Noce (born April 28, 1923 in San Giorgio di Nogaro , † May 15, 2008 in Rome ) was an Italian actress .
Della Noce, whose first film appearance was in 1952 for Mario Bonnard , won the 1956 San Sebastián International Film Festival 's award for the best actress in a foreign language film, Pietro Germi's The Red Signal . Her intense portrayal in Die Temptation , permeated with humanism , was also highly praised. Quantitatively only a few (her filmography includes twelve films) roles followed until her retirement in 1967, which she interrupted only 15 years later for Michelangelo Antonioni .
