architecture
The house is a two-and-a-half-storey plastered building with a high mansard roof . The asymmetrical structure of the facade , emphasizing the left half of the house by means of a curved gable and accentuating the right half by means of a box-shaped bay window, varies the canon of forms of the typical inner-city row house . The axially arranged window openings are designed in a shape and design that vary from floor to floor.
The two three-part windows on the ground floor, like the deeply cut house entrance, end with a keystone-set arch . The two left windows on the upper floor are formulated as vertically covered vertical rectangles with "ear framing"; The windows of the console-supported bay window, which is open on three sides, are framed with narrow profiles. The two large arched windows of the gable are connected by a continuous sill .
Two more recent rectangular windows break through the roof surface . The cautiously used stucco ornamentation is limited to the traditional joint cut on the ground floor; the parapet fields of the upper floor and the upper gable field are adorned with finely modeled tendrils influenced by Art Nouveau criteria.
